Joss is now on his second stint with MHM. He began in 2012 – 2019 and partnered mainly with museums and visual arts organisations in the UK, USA and Scandinavia, helping them to embed audience-focus into cross-functional strategic planning. Joss then took a 5 year hiatus from MHM and spent time working in various commercial strategy and insight roles across different sectors including Fashion, Food and Beverage and Healthcare.

Joss has now returned to MHM in 2024 as a Senior Consultant to continue his work supporting cultural organisations to engage their audiences whilst remaining commercially sustainable. He applies both Market Research and Strategy expertise to a wide range of strategic challenges such as opportunity assessment, brand positioning and planning, audience development and visitor experience.

Joss has a seven year old son who occupies much of his free time, along with amateur level interests in carpentry and creative writing.
