OZ Arts Council Marketing Summit

Jooles Clements, then Consultant at our NZ office in Aukland gave a key note at the Australian Arts Council Marketing Summit in Canberra in July 2013.

It was an opportunity to introduce Audience Atlas Australia and Culture Segments and argue that using traditional methods of segmentation (past behaviour, demographics, etc) has proven to be an ineffective way of encouraging repeat visitation to our venues and performances.
