Head of Business Development
As Head of Business Development, Zoë leads a team of people who write and cost proposals, drive proposal submissions and track business wins.
She also uses her editorial expertise to help write, proofread and copy-edit a variety of publications. Zoë loves the process of fitting data and ideas together to form a coherent whole, and her keen eye for detail means that she enjoys seeing a project or proposal through to its successful completion.
Zoë completed a PhD in history at the University of Cambridge, which involved the use of a wide variety of quantitative and qualitative research methods. She has also worked as a visitor service assistant and collections assistant at an Arts and Crafts property in Birmingham, allowing her to gain valuable insight into how an arts organisation functions.
Zoë loves aeroplanes and the history of flight, and has spent many hours in aviation museums from RAF Cosford to IWM Duxford. She also likes hill walking and watching Worcestershire CCC play cricket at New Road.
