Senior Research Analyst
Will works across the lifetime of the research process, project managing each stage; from the design, through to the analysis of the results and reporting the insights to our clients.
Prior to joining MHM, Will worked in the world of academic journals publishing. Will was the Primary Research Manager within the Research & Analytics Department at Taylor & Francis. In this role Will conducted the industry’s largest ever survey into Open Access publishing and produced an industry white paper on Peer Review. Coupled with managing the in-house feedback survey sent to all authors who published across their Arts, Humanities and Science journals, Will brings valuable experience in questionnaire design and data presentation techniques to MHM.
Since joining MHM, Will has project managed one of our largest projects: a market segmentation for a government sponsored charity in 2016. In 2017 Will has extended the on-going visitor research we conduct at London museums and galleries to the major museums, libraries and gardens of Oxford. Will has recently been training staff at museums in Stockholm in preparation for visitor research at Tekniska and the Medieval Museum.
Will’s voluntary work involves passionately defending Liberal values through his commitment to local politics. His design skills and keen eye for detail are put to good use devising literature. Project management comes in handy organising teams of local volunteers too!
