Senior Developer - Manchester

We are currently recruiting a Senior Developer.

Based at our Northern Quarter office, you’ll help define the heartbeat of our new software team. 

As our most senior Developer, you will be proactive and pragmatic, spotting opportunities to use software to support our growth.  As team lead, you will have an important role in setting up and managing the team.

You will support the growth of a Junior Developer and other team members as and when the team grows. You'll have experts with existing codebase and infrastructure knowledge to support you to establish the department.

You will collaborate with colleagues to consider emerging client needs, and in innovating new developments, software products and services.

We are looking for:

A well organised, good communicator, who is able to share information about products and priorities with those outside your own team in simple and concise ways.

A self-starter who is motivated to develop and improve our internal and external products. 

Experience in managing projects, budgets (annual and project-based) and teams to deliver results.   

Salary: £45,000 - 50,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
Contract: Permanent, Full time (35 hours per week)
Holidays: 22 + bank holidays and Christmas shutdown (3 days). Full flexible working policy in place.
