Rosabel Tan

Senior Research Analyst

In her role as a Senior Research Analyst, Rosabel helps with the design, execution, analysis and reporting of projects.

She draws on both quantitative and qualitative methodologies to deliver results to her clients that are rich in insight. Rosabel believes that the key to data analysis is discovering the stories that lie beneath all the numbers. She brings this to every project she works on, alongside an unwavering eye for detail and a deep interest in the psychological processes that underpin the transformative power of art.

Prior to joining the team at MHM, Rosabel conducted and managed research projects at the Liggins Institute, a biomedical research centre in Auckland. She holds two Master’s degrees: one in Psychology and one in Creative Writing.

In her spare time, Rosabel finds creative ways to avoid writing her own fiction, including running the online arts and culture magazine The Pantograph Punch, reviewing theatre and books, and going to gigs.
