Consultant, USA Division
Rhiannon is excited to be joining the MHM team as we open our first US office in New York. In her role as a Consultant, she will be leading a wide range of consultancy and insight projects from audience engagement, exhibition evaluations, to fundraising and membership strategy.
She has a passion for problem solving and an eye seeing both the big picture as well as all the details. She loves digging in to a problem or question to help clients find both creative and practical solutions that address all needs. Her experience in taking high level strategic plans from concept to execution will help clients turn research findings into real life change.
She was first introduced to MHM on the client side of the table at The Public Theater where she helped in the onboarding of Culture Segments. At the Public, she played a large role in donor communications and fundraising strategy including copy writing and segmentation. Before joining MHM, Rhiannon also worked at the American Museum of Natural History in marketing with a focus on email strategy and execution. She brings with her a deep understanding of Tessitura and CRM analytics.
