Rebecca Green

Consultant & Account Group Lead

As a Consultant, Rebecca provides strategic guidance and oversight on projects, leading them from start to finish to ensure clients get the relevant, actionable insight they need. She loves getting under the skin both of audiences and her clients to understand what makes them tick. It's this analytical approach to problem solving which helps her uncover the real issues and come up with the right solutions.

Since joining MHM in 2009, Rebecca has worked across the breadth of our cultural, heritage and charitable clients, gaining extensive experience in both quantitative and qualitative research. She has been instrumental in delivering segmentation systems for Royal Botanic Gardens Kew, The NSPCC and Science Museum; has worked with teams across Historic Royal Palaces to improve their retail offer, test new exhibition propositions and refine their approach to live interpretation, and recently undertook an evaluation of Cooper Hewitt’s innovative new engagement tool - The Pen. She is a skilled qualitative moderator and has also trained client teams in a range of research methods.

Before she joined MHM, Rebecca was involved in a range of arts and heritage projects, helping her understand the importance of audience insight from a client's perspective.  She is particularly interested in how people understand and make meaning from culture and believes the arts are essential to a healthy society.
