Performance and Evaluation Frameworks
We're experienced at creating performance and evaluation frameworks for clients, including government departments, city councils, major museums and small community arts organisations, converting a wide range of objectives and policy-driven performance indicators into data collection methods to provide the evidence needed.
One primary example of this is our work with the Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) to refine and develop their Performance Indicators for the 22 DCMS-sponsored museums and galleries.
Another example, is the ‘Value of Culture’ Framework we developed for Shropshire County Council, which measures the social, cultural and economic impact on individuals and society of a wide range of cultural services activities. We also completed a comprehensive performance framework for Manchester City Council’s Cultural Ambition strategy.
