At its home on the South Bank of the Thames in London, the National Theatre performs over 20 different shows every year. Open 52 weeks of the year, six or seven days a week, you can see up to six different shows in a week.
The National has three permanent auditoriums — the large open-stage Olivier Theatre, the more conventional, proscenium-stage Lyttelton Theatre, and a small temporary theatre, The Shed — which seat nearly 2,500 people. The NT also transfer shows to the West End and Broadway and tour throughout the UK.
MHM have worked with the National Theatre to provide a #culturesegments audience segmentation to help them to develop a deep understanding of attenders attitudes, motivations, values and perceptions.
