Museum of London Docklands

The Museum of London Docklands tells the story of London's connections across the globe. Housed in an atmospheric warehouse building, once filled to the rafters with vat quantities of rum, sugar, coffee and cotton from West Indian plantations, the museum explores the history of London's river, port and people.

The galleries show how the Docklands region, as well as the River Thames as a whole, has been at the heart of centuries of social and economic change.

MHM have been conducting quarterly and annual audience research for the Museum of London Docklands since 2007. As well as collecting key performance indicators and visitor demographics, the segmentation system devised for the organisation allows the museum to communicate more strategically with its audience.
