MHM joins forces with the top 100 creative organisations in the UK

Over the last few months we have been deep in conversation with UK Trade and Investment (UKTI) and can now announce that we are part of a taskforce assembled by UKTI of the UK’s top 100 businesses in the creative sector. The taskforce’s target is to win £500 million of high value overseas contracts in the next three years.

“This is a fantastic opportunity for MHM to continue to develop our international profile, we are extremely pleased that MHM have been included. “It is a great privilege to be listed alongside companies such as Zaha Hadid Architects, Wolff Olins, Metaphor and Jane Wentworth Associates. We are also glad to see that other businesses based in Manchester, such as Photolink, Skylab and Banter Media are on the taskforce. Following on from winning Market Research Agency of the Year at the RAR Awards 2013, as voted for by clients, it is gratifying to see that two of our clients, the British Museum and V&A, are also included.”

- Gerri Morris, Director at MHM

“From airport interiors to ground-breaking medical devices and design exhibitions, the creative industries account for around £1 in every £10 of the UK’s exports and are crucial to building a stronger economy. With new support from UK Trade & Investment, we want to help creative SMEs access more high value supply chain opportunities across the globe."

- Vince Cable, Business Secretary

MHM look forward to working with UKTI, and the other members of the taskforce, to demonstrate that the UK creative industry is at the forefront of the global creative sector.
