Head of Insight
Lorna is MHM's Head of Insight. She oversees the quality of the insight processes across the company. Lorna is also lead consultant for many of our research projects in the UK and USA.
In her time at MHM she has played a key role in delivering audience insight for Royal Albert Hall, Tate, National Trust, Shakespeare’s Globe, SFMOMA and the Smithsonian Institution.
Lorna loves a puzzle. Her passion for putting the pieces together to solve a problem has enabled her to interpret complex information and data in order to answer the client’s ‘big question’. Lorna believes in the benefits of engaging with the arts and her desire to tell the audiences’ story allows her to present our clients with a clear, evidence-based narrative and actionable conclusions.
As Head of Insight, Lorna also leads on ensuring we continue to develop our skills and ideas within MHM, always taking a creative approach and consistently delivering high quality, relevant insight.
Prior to joining MHM, Lorna worked at The Audience Business, Edinburgh’s audience development agency, delivering work for arts organisations, such as National Theatre of Scotland, Edinburgh International Festival and Edinburgh Festival Fringe.
