Leilani manages all aspects of the research process from writing proposals, designing questionnaires, managing projects, analysing data, writing reports and presenting to clients. Her experience ranges from large-scale robust national studies through to small research pieces.
She believes that the arts are an important part of healthy and vibrant communities and she is passionate about making a positive difference through her work. Her keen eye for detail, desire for excellence and diligent personality ensures high-quality research. Highly organised, she is able to balance multiple complex tasks and projects at once.
Leilani has a solid background in social research having spent several years working with New Zealand public sector and not-for-profit organisations. She has a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree majoring in Geography and Economics from the University of Auckland.
She is a keen baker and cake decorator, gets pretty excited about DIY and craft projects, and loves road-tripping with her family.
