Karen is involved in all stages of the research project, from inception to delivery.
Karen has a critical eye for detail and a clear and logical approach to projects, which enables her to turn complex data into valuable insight for clients.
Karen has significant experience in the public sector, providing the business services with customer and visitor insight. She has delivered primary qualitative and quantitative research, and worked on projects to increase community engagement and to encourage customer contact through digital channels.
As well as analysing customer and service data, she has also been involved in service-improvement projects, designing quality-assurance systems and analysing processes to encourage continuous service improvement.
Her project management skills ensure that complex projects run on time and to budget, whilst maintaining quality throughout.
