As a Research Executive, Holly is focused on providing in-depth insight to clients, managing projects throughout their lifecycles and delivering presentations and reports.
Before MHM, Holly completed her PhD in Archaeology; the quantitative analysis of 10,000 pieces of 1,000 year old Ghanaian pottery. Her PhD imparted project and conference management, report writing, and public speaking skills.
Holly also has a variety of experience of working for, and alongside, UK cultural institutions; including public engagement, qualitative analysis and report writing for Manchester Museum, desk research and quantitative analysis for English Heritage, designing and embedding training workshops for University of Manchester, and conference design and management for the Al Qasimi Institute at the University of Exeter. She has research experience at several museums in Ghana and Bahrain, and over two years’ experience as a professional proof reader.
In her spare time, Holly enjoys travelling and exploring museums and sites of historic interest in the UK and abroad, reading, hiking, learning Arabic, and archery.
