Gerri Morris, founder and director of MHM, is a guest lecturer on the MA Cultural Leadership course at Goldsmiths University, London, leading the Marketing and Audience Development module.
The module prepares students with a sound knowledge of how the cultural sector operates as well as providing the principles under-pinning strategic management of cultural organisations and the tools for effective and efficient management. It gives the students a rare opportunity to know the practical methods in marketing and research. They will learn different techniques, tactics and strategies with case studies.
