As a Research Assistant, Sam provides support across a range of consultancy and research projects. He enjoys using both qualitative and quantitative research methods, presenting complex information in a clear and concise manner, and working alongside heritage and cultural organisations.
Prior to working at Morris Hargreaves McIntyre, Sam completed a History PhD at Queen’s University Belfast exploring post-war cinema audiences in the UK, which was then later adapted into a book published by the Royal Historical Society. He has also worked on several university projects exploring the history of cinema attendance across Europe.
Outside of work, Sam can often be found indulging his passion for classic British and Hollywood cinema or venting his frustrations at the England Test cricket team.
