As a Research Executive in the UK/EU Cause-led Division, Gaby is responsible for a variety of research tasks, including project management, survey design, focus group moderation, data analysis (both qualitative and quantitative), report writing and delivering actionable and meaningful insights to clients. She has managed projects for clients such as the National Trust, Zoological Society of London (ZSL), Ironbridge Gorge Museum Trust and Keep Britain Tidy. Gaby is passionate about projects that really get to the heart of the audience experience and involve an element of problem-solving for how to engage new and diverse audiences.

Prior to joining MHM, Gaby completed a MA Music Psychology at the University of York, where she studied the processes and mechanisms through which music is created, perceived, responded to and incorporated into everyday life. Her dissertation investigated the utility of playlists in everyday music listening behaviours and allowed her to combine her passion for the creative and performing arts with psychological research that reflects fundamental human behaviours.

In her spare time, Gaby likes to explore everything that Manchester has to offer from live music to craft beer to dance classes, and even the occasional hike in the Peak District.
