Miles Greenwood

Research Assistant

Miles’ role is wide ranging, providing support at a variety of stages of a project, with responsibilities including preparing, proof reading and editing reports, creating presentations and conducting desk research.

Miles’ talents lie in qualitative research, regularly preparing and analysing focus groups, and moderating online forums. During his time at MHM, Miles has lent his expertise to a range of projects with clients including 14-18 NOW, the V&A and the National Trust.

Miles has previous experience at The Robinson Library and at Northumberland National Park Authority enabled him to develop his capabilities in quantitative and qualitative audience research using a variety of methods, from interviews and focus groups to workshops and questionnaires.

Miles holds a BA in Ancient History and an MA in Heritage Studies from Newcastle University.
