Caitlin Zaccaro

Field Operation Manager

In her role, Caitlin manages all aspects of the Field Team to help deliver high quality and accurate data. Previous to her role on the Field Team, she worked as a Research Executive at MHM, managing projects from start to finish, and conducting qualitative and quantitative research. 

She brings a wealth of knowledge on visitor engagement in museums and galleries. Before joining MHM, she worked as the Director of Visitor Services at the Yale University Art Gallery for nearly seven years, and conducted research that shaped the gallery‚Äôs visitor experience after an extensive renovation. 

She thrives working in creative, dynamic groups, and has managed teams through multi-stage projects. Caitlin is specifically interested the psychology behind visitor engagement with visual arts. She brings knowledge and experience in both the United States and United Kingdom cultural sectors to her work at MHM. 

Caitlin recently completed her MA in Art Gallery and Museum Studies at the University of Manchester. Prior to this Caitlin also received a BA in Art History from Virginia Commonwealth University. 

Caitlin is thrilled to be based in Manchester, where she can finally easily travel around Europe, especially to the parts of Italy where her family is from. When at home, she enjoys restoring vintage leather handbags and watching documentaries on art theft and American politics.
